onlinepolicecheck.ca is an email service used by police agencies to exchange trusted emails with the public they serve. It is a convenient, safe, and efficient service designed to process updates to online police checks.
Specifically, you may receive an update from onlinepolicecheck.ca regarding the status of your online police check application with your local police service. This is made available to you at the request of our member police services.

Support
Our dedicated Help Desk supports ‘Agile Records’ police service clients. The RDC Agile Records Help Desk collaborates closely with our Police Service clients to meet the community’s needs and fulfill the terms of our client service level agreements. If you have an issue or concern with an online request or email processed by our service, you may leave a voicemail on our support line. Someone will be in contact with you within 24 hours during regular weekday business hours. Weekends and holidays are exempted.
